An AC servo motor and ball screw mechanism drive Muratec Ball Screw Press Brake. It has reached high productivity with fast ram, back gauge, and extremely consistent repeat accuracy.
The ram shaft drive enables high-speed and high-precision movement with a bending speed of 0.2 to 20 mm/sec and stable repeat stop accuracy by adopting a ball screw drive mechanism by AC servo motor and ball screw drive. This drive method is superior in environmental performance, including oil-less and noise reduction by the reducer.
