Twin Opposing Spindle Machines
Multi Tasking Machine
MT12
With the power of two machines in one, the MT12 is equipped with multiple cutting stations and high-precision synchronization, allowing it to turn complex parts in a fraction of the time.
All machines in the MT Series are designed with opposing spindles, which allows them to be ultra-versatile while turning complex parts with greater precision. Our machines in this series are frequently referred to as a job shop in a box,’ and they more than deliver, performing many operations in a single machine.
The MT12 is an optimal solution for customers seeking to make complex parts, including surgical parts, pumps and valves, and more. Like all machines, automation and reliability are key differentiators that make the MT Series stand out in the market. All machines are designed with reliability and uptime in mind. The MT12 at a Glance
- Designed for Complex Parts
Opposing spindles present far fewer limitations than parallel spindles and allow the MT12 to be ultra-versatile.
- Multi-processing
With two 15 stations turrets and the option for live tooling and Y-Axis milling, the MT12 gives manufacturers the ability to perform multiple operations in a single set-up.
- Designed With Automation in Mind
In addition to being highly reliable, the MT12 has been engineered with automation in mind, allowing it to satisfy any of your unique part or production requirements.
Basic Machine Specifications | MT12 |
---|---|
Chuck Size | 210mm |
Maximum Spindle Speed | 4500 rpm |
Spindle Drive Motor | 11kW/30 min |
Gantry Handling Capacity | Φ120 mm x 100 mm , up to 3.0kg/piece |
MT20
Like all of the machines in our MT Series, the MT20 is ultra-versatile for complex parts and is equipped with a 15-station turret on both sides. With C-axis control on both spindles, this machine offers high-precision synchronization during part transfer and a feed and loader system for unattended operation.
All machines in the MT Series are designed with twin opposing spindles. Because the spindles are opposing rather than parallel, these machines are ultra-versatile and can create more complex parts. With the combined power of two machines in one, the MT20 allows facilities to achieve flexible, automated operations at a lower cost.

MT25
The MT25 is a multi-function turning centre with a 15-station turret on both sides for ultra-versatility.
The MT Series was specifically designed to turn complex parts, and with its Y-axis, live tool stations and an optional third turret, the MT25 goes above and beyond to meet this need.
Compared to other turning machines, the MT25 is different in that it is designed with opposing spindles.
While parallel spindles allow for higher volume machining, the MT25’s opposing spindles will enable it to create highly complex parts with greater precision than ever. In addition, this machine has the power of two machines in one, making it the ultimate solution for parts requiring more tools than is typical.

MT100
With a built-in Y axis, the MT100 allows for greater precision on complex parts. The MT100 is designed such that each turret can serve either spindle at any time, a feature that makes it highly productive and ultra-versatile. This feature makes it a great option for customers seeking a multi-tasking, twin-spindle turning machine.
Like all machines in the MT Series, the MT100 is built with twin opposing spindles and is designed to turn complex parts that require more tooling stations. What makes the MT100 unique is its upper and lower turrets.
This allows it the flexibility to manage two tools in a single cut while also reducing cycle time.
The MT100 is a compact, high-quality turning centre with multi-functional capabilities.

MT200
With twin spindles, three turrets and a gantry loader, the MT200 is the ultimate multi-tasker and an excellent solution for facilities seeking to run various complex parts through one machine. By cutting more than one part at once, operators increase productivity while greatly reducing overall cycle time.
The MT200 is a multi-tasking turning machine with ultra-versatility and endless capabilities. Unlike many other machines in this series, the MT200 can be engineered with up to three turrets. With turrets above and below the centre line, operators can utilize two tools in a single cut, reducing cycle time and increasing productivity.
Though similar in most ways to the MT100, the MT200 and its gantry can manage larger, heavier parts.
The MT200 is excellent for facilities running complex parts through a single machine.
