SL - 1250
When it comes to efficient part production, our SL-1250 is the swing loader for the job. This standard system provides fully automatic loading and unloading of full-size material to a turret punch press. Compact in size, the SL-1250 is a reliable tool to increase production through automation.
This economic system uses the same vacuum head to load material and remove punch parts, and its vacuum pads can be physically adjusted to fit the finished part for more reliable unloading. With the ability to be configured for auto load and manual unload, the SL-1250 can accommodate parts that are needed immediately for post-process, parts that are not easily unloaded using vacuum pads, and parts that are subject to damage if formed features are stacked on each other.

FS2512
The FS 2512 is a machine within our FS Series, which features automated cell loading systems designed for a turret punch press. While performing fully automatic loading and unloading of full-size material, this economic system has been proven to increase the production of a single, standalone punch press by 100%.
The FS 2512 is an incredibly efficient machine, as the raw material table and finished product table are each loaded and unloaded at the front of the system by a fork truck or overhead crane. TOWER LOADER
FS-2512T
The FS 2512T is a machine within our FS Tower Series that performs automatic loading and unloading of material to a Turret Punch Press. Offering the basic capabilities of the FS system, this model is equipped with a fully automated tower, which allows access to multiple materials and greater parts storage. In the FS 2512T, new material can simultaneously be loaded to the tower as parts are being removed, without stopping system operation.
With its tower, this machine can greatly increase lights-out production capacity during breaks, after normal working hours, and on weekends. The FS 2512T also comes equipped with drawers, which can be used optionally for material or finished parts.
