This machine is designed with a large turret for greater on-demand tool availability and flexibility, and it’s equipped with a heavy-duty two-piece frame, isolating the punching head from the carriage.
The M3048TG features the latest process integration options, reducing post processes by supporting tapping, forming, marking, deburring, and other automation options.
The M3048TG / 58TG is at the head of its class in many ways, including its HMI Intelligent Control Interface, which enhances machine production by minimizing operator setup time. The M5000 is a heavy-duty mechanical CNC turret punch press with 50 tons of punching force. With its proven record of long life and reliability, this machine’s high rigidity and precision are fully complemented by the Wiedemann 114-style tooling and a three-box construction frame. Plus, its large-capacity turret contains an abundance of large stations, allowing it to fully use the machine’s tonnage for punching and forming operations.
The Magnum M5000 is designed with a heavy-duty, two-piece frame, which isolates the punching head from the carriage for higher levels of accuracy and a longer machine life.
