With an HMI Intelligent Control Interface, the setup time required by the operator is minimized, enhancing machine production time.
Assistance is provided for tool changes, turret load monitoring, scheduling, and tool maintenance, along with other features that maximize the machine’s green light time.

M2048TE
Ultimate High Utility Machine
Latest in the award-winning Motorum Series, the M2048TE comes with Ball and Brush Combination Table. Steel balls support thick worksheets, and brushes are located to keep worksheets flat. This combination table is suitable for thin and thick worksheets. An environment-friendly eco-machine, Motorum uses the energy it needs only when punching, thanks to the servo motor drive mechanism.
The ram drive of M2048TE has incorporated a simple toggle mechanism connected directly to the Servo Motor, making it lighter in weight, more rigid and easy to maintain.
Reduction of motor heat saves energy in cooling and the resuscitation of electric energy when braking. In addition, the Crash Sensor prevents major damage to the machine. Crash sensors stop the machine when material curves upward toward the turret avoiding a collision.

The M2048TS is a servo-driven punch press within our 20-ton machine series. Incorporating the latest ram drive design, this machine is simpler and more rigid than similar models on the market.
This technology allows for high production speeds, energy-efficient operation, and reduced maintenance costs.
The M2048TS is designed with a large turret, which provides more stations for greater flexibility and increased productivity.
This machine provides an economical solution to parts production requiring punching, forming, tapping, and deburring operations. It comes with an Industry high – Ø 120 Station.
The ram drive of M2048TS has incorporated CFRP in the part of the toggle mechanism connected directly to the servomotor, making it lighter in weight and more rigid.
