Construction :
Heavy Duty machining with column and Turret bar design.
The turret and spindle are designed parallel to each other. This design supports heavy cuts, Accurate finishing and allow free chip fall.
Stable, High Speed Spindle :
MW - series turning machine adopts turret bar construction for z-axis compared to slide type construction of other machines. Cylindrical slide of turret bar construction provides exceptional rigidity, high speed, smooth axis movement, all of which guarantees stiffness and stability during heavy cuts.
Easy Operator Set Up:
The wide open front of the machine permits the operator convenient access to both spindle and turn around chucks and gantry grippers, for set up change, tool change, and chuck jaws replacement. Tool access is at chest height.
Easy maintenance:
A removable single lift one piece rear guard permits immediate and convenient access to all important maintenance items.
Integrated Gantry Loader:
Muratec has adopted gantry type NC loader configuration for high speed, high quality performance. All 3 axes of loader system are driven by servo motor.
According to your production needs you can program the machine and the loader to perform 1st and 2nd operation, or the same operation of a components on both spindles or different components on each spindle. You can choose single or Twin gantry Loaders.
